1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Cabree platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. License to Use
Cabree grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your business operations. This license does not include the right to:
- Modify or copy the software or its source code.
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any part of the service.
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations.
3. Subscription & Billing
Our services are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
4. Platform Reliability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Cabree is provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cabree or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.
Cabree Customer App Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Cabree. By accessing or using our application, websites, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
2. User Accounts
To use most aspects of the Platform, you must register for and maintain an active personal user Services account ("Account"). You must be at least 18 years of age to obtain an Account. Account registration requires you to submit certain personal information, such as your name, mobile phone number, and age, as well as at least one valid payment method.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, and you agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your Account username and password at all times.
3. Services & Ride Booking
The Platform enables you to request and schedule transportation services with independent third-party providers (drivers). You acknowledge that Cabree does not provide transportation services or function as a transportation carrier, and that all such transportation services are provided by independent third-party contractors.
4. Payments & Fares
You understand that use of the Platform may result in charges to you for the services you receive from a third-party provider. Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Fares are calculated dynamically based on distance, duration, demand, and traffic patterns, and will be displayed prior to booking confirmation.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your request for services at any time prior to the arrival of the driver, in which case you may be charged a cancellation fee if the driver has already been assigned and traveling towards your location for more than 2 minutes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cabree shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cabree operates, without regard to choice of law principles.
