By accessing or using the Cabree platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. License to Use

Cabree grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your business operations. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or copy the software or its source code.
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any part of the service.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations.

3. Subscription & Billing

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

4. Platform Reliability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Cabree is provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cabree or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.
